Yes — no credit card, no trial period. The Free plan includes VCard and Link-in-Bio and stays free as long as you use it. Paid plans are month-to-month with no contracts.
Every paid plan grants a number of module slots (35 on Starter, 62 on Business, unlimited on Agency). You can activate any module from the full 144+ catalog to fill those slots. The sidebar only shows modules you have turned on. You can swap modules at any time — deactivate one, activate another — for free. Data from deactivated modules is preserved in read-only mode for 30 days.
When a client pays you for their workspace, Stripe routes the funds. Business plan: 72% goes directly to your Stripe account, 28% to Mewayz. Agency plan: 85% to you, 15% to Mewayz. This split is enforced at the Stripe level before funds reach anyone — it is not a manual transfer or an invoice. You set your own client pricing. Extra WL clients beyond 5 on Business cost $19/client/month.
If you run an online store through Mewayz, Mewayz takes a small cut of each transaction as an application fee: 2.5% on Starter, 1% on Business, 0% on Agency. This is on top of Stripe's standard card processing fees (which apply on all plans). The application fee applies to each completed sale and is deducted automatically — you see the net amount in your Stripe dashboard.
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade and some modules exceed your new plan's slot limit, those modules become read-only until you deactivate enough to fit the slot count. No data is deleted — you have 30 days to decide which modules to keep before cleanup.
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start. After 30 days, you're billed monthly or annually depending on what you chose. If you decide Mewayz isn't for you within the first 30 days of any paid period, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. That's our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Most teams are up and running in a day. Mewayz supports CSV import for contacts, deals, and records, plus direct integrations with Google Workspace, Stripe, and popular accounting tools. Business and Agency plans include onboarding guidance. For more complex migrations (large databases, custom CRMs), our support team can advise on the fastest path.
All plans include email support with 24-hour response time. Business plan adds priority support (same-day response). Agency plan adds dedicated account management and white-glove onboarding. Yes — you can deactivate any active module and activate a different one at any time, for free, with no data loss. Deactivated modules go into read-only mode for 30 days, so you can always retrieve old records if you reactivate. This means your Mewayz workspace evolves as your business does — no re-implementation, no new contracts.
